Little Ark Games

Privacy policy

Effective 3 November 2026

This policy explains what information our games and this website collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers Waddle Rush, Kitty Tilt, Deep Drop, Luggage Jam, Two by Two and any other game we publish that links here.

Right now: our games aren't in the app stores yet. Until they are, the only personal information we receive is what you send us by email. This website uses no cookies or analytics. The rest of this policy describes how our released games will work, and we'll update it before each release.

In short: you don't need an account to play. Your progress stays on your phone. Our ad and analytics partners collect device and usage information so the games can show ads and we can fix and improve them. The games adapt difficulty, hints, ad breaks and offers to how you play. We don't sell your information for money, and you can change your ad choices at any time.

1. Who we are

Little Ark Games (ABN 71 623 929 557) is a registered business name based in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described here. We handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, for players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the GDPR and its UK and Swiss equivalents.

We don't ask for your name, contacts, photos or precise location, and the games don't need an account.

3. How the game adapts to you

Our games use information about how you play to make the game work better for you. On your device, the game estimates things like how likely you are to keep playing, to watch an optional ad or to buy something. It uses information such as your wins and losses, how long you take between moves, the boosters and ads you use, purchases, your sound and vibration settings, your device type and your approximate country. It uses those estimates to decide:

  • when to offer a hint or extra help, such as an easier next try after a loss;
  • the order of some upcoming flights and the colour of hidden bags, which can make part of a level a little easier or a little harder;
  • how often ad breaks appear;
  • which offers you see and when.

These decisions are made automatically by the game. They never change prices, and they don't have legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you'd like to know more, email us.

4. Ads and your choices

  • In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before ads use your information for personalised advertising. You can change your answer any time in the game under Settings › Privacy choices.
  • On iPhone, the game asks for permission before it, or our partners, use your advertising ID to track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads.
  • If you say no, you'll still see ads, but they won't be based on your interests.
  • The Remove ads purchase stops ad breaks. Rewarded videos stay optional.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run the games, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

PartnerWhat they do
Apple and GoogleApp distribution, payments, refunds and restoring purchases
AppLovin (MAX)Chooses which ad network shows each ad
Ad networks that AppLovin MAX works with (we will name each one here before a game with ads is released)Show and measure ads
An analytics provider (named here before release)Game analytics and crash reports
CloudflareHosts this website and forwards our support email

Each partner has its own privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information for money. Some laws, such as California's, treat sharing information for personalised ads as a "sale" or "share"; you can opt out as described in section 4. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our players or the public.

6. Information sent overseas

Our partners process information in other countries, including the United States, countries in the European Union and other places where they or their providers operate. Before information goes overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through our partners' contracts and, for EEA and UK players, standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Progress and settings stay on your device until you reset progress or delete the game.
  • Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted or made anonymous.
  • Support emails are kept for up to two years after the conversation ends.
  • Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require (five years in Australia).
  • Ad partners keep information under their own policies.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, such as encrypted connections, limited access and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us straight away if you think something has gone wrong.

9. Children

Our games are made for a general audience, not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age set by law where you live). If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us questions about this policy. Email [email protected]. Because the games don't use accounts, we may ask for your device's advertising ID or a purchase receipt so we can find the right information. We'll reply within 30 days. You can delete everything stored by the game on your device yourself with Settings › Reset progress.

Australia

You can ask to access or correct your information under the Australian Privacy Principles. If you're unhappy with how we handled a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. We rely on: performing our contract with you (running the game and delivering purchases), our legitimate interests (keeping the game working, analytics, security, non-personalised ads and adapting the game as described in section 3), and your consent (personalised ads and tracking). You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

United States

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. Use the choices in section 4 or email us. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

11. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our games or partners change, and show the new effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the game.
